You've Got this!

I founded Bismarck Sports + Spine because I’ve always been extremely passionate about helping people feel their best and coaching you through every step of this journey.

Unlike other chiropractic care practices in the area, we take a unique functional and patient-centered approach by blending chiropractic adjustments with functional rehab exercises to give you a unique and effective experience. We’re invested in your health and are here to get to the root cause of any pain, injury, or areas that are holding you back.

Certifications & Licenses:

Upon graduation, I went to Northwestern Health Science University in Minneapolis, MN for my Doctorate of Chiropractic and became heavily involved with the Sports Council working sideline events for sports, marathons, and long distance bike races. Which led me out west working in Seattle. I had many amazing experiences working with a variety of athletes, Seattle Seahawk players, motor sports professionals, long distance runners, sand volleyball athletes, etc.

Born and raised in Bismarck, ND, I have been always involved with athletics. Growing up I was involved with tennis, soccer, basketball, volleyball and piano lessons and camps. I played volleyball, basketball and soccer for Century High School. Staying in Bismarck, I then attended and graduated from the University of Mary with my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Pre-Med and played 3 years of collegiate Division 2 Women's soccer.

The Full Story

In 2016, I decided to move back to Bismarck to be closer to friends and family and open up my own practice. With over 7 years in business, I’ve helped hundreds of patients in Bismarck and the Mandan area overcome pain, recover from injuries and recurring issues, and take steps to prevent future health problems. I pride myself in taking time with each patient to really understand their goals and how we can get to the root cause of the problem.  BECAUSE QUITTING WHAT YOU LOVE ISN'T AN OPTION!
